I’m a mature and experienced PC technician who can repair most desktop PC
hardware and Windows Operating System issues including password resets. I can also assist you with hard
drive data recovery issues.

I’ll diagnose your PC problem and give you an up-front estimate. If it is not cost effective or expedient to fix the problem at your location, I will bring your PC back to my
in-home shop for repairs. I’m located in Coppell, TX in Northwest Dallas County. I
limit service calls to the general DFW Metroplex area. You may want
to take advantage of my Drop-Off Service and save the cost associated
with my traveling to your location.
I do not service laptop hardware issues, I refer those jobs to others. |

Remote Access Service and Telephone Support: For my existing customers, I offer remote
access service and telephone support. I may be able to diagnose or even
fix your PC remotely if you have a working broadband connection. My
in-shop rate applies for these services. Call for details.

Windows Password Unlock and Reset Service:
Don't be embarrassed, we
all forget things! I can unlock and reset your Administrator and User
Account passwords on your Windows PC usually for my one hour minimum
charge. |

Data Migration: For those customers who have just acquired a new PC, I
offer data migration services. I can transfer
all document files, i.e. Digital photos, Word documents, Excel
spreadsheets, MP3's and other music files, etc. to the new PC. In
addition, I can transfer your email messages and email
addresses/contacts from Outlook/Outlook Express along with the settings
for all your email accounts. Your Web browser favorites (bookmarks) and
cookies can also be transferred.
Normal in-shop and house call rates apply.

Tutoring: I also offer one-on-one tutoring at my home covering the basics of
Computer Hardware, Home Networking, The Internet, Email, the Windows
environment, common applications such as Word and Excel, etc., Digital

*Rates:
My in-shop labor rate
is only $25 per hour including Remote Access Service and Telephone
Support. House calls are $40 per hour including travel time
to your location.
Hourly rates are billed in 1/2 hour increments. There is a one hour minimum. Parts are
at my cost plus 10%.
